For advice on the most suitable clothing and footwear to wear for HELL & BACK, then speak with the expert staff in 53 Degrees North.

As well as having years of experience in outdoor pursuits, most staff members have also made it thru' a HELL & BACK course so they can give you lots of tips and guidance on how to complete the challenge in one piece!

 To help you find the perfect equipment, 53 Degrees North have put together a handy list of must-haves, from base layers to trail runners and sports bras to padded socks. Make sure you are suitably prepared for the sadistic adventure that lies ahead!
