HELL & BACK Teen 8KM is Ireland's Toughest Physical & Mental Endurance Challenge for teenagers, specifically designed and created by our award-winning outdoor specialists to push your teenager to their physical and mental limit!!!

Taking place on Saturday 10th June 2023 @ 15:30 in Killruddery on the Adult KM course, teens must work together to overcome the all obstacles in their path. Set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate, with stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, the course combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery's famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying adventure and the ultimate group challenge!!! Obstacles include The Lake, The Swamp, Hell on Earth, Heartbreak Ridge & finishing at the infamous Ramp - as seen on RTE1’s hugely popular Ireland’s Fittest Family TV show!

Course Distance: 8KM

HELL & BACK Teen is a grueling off-road 8KM course along man-made trail runs and mountain paths. You'll have to progress over, under, around and through our infamous HELL & BACK obstacles, including Ice Baths, Water Jump, Hell Slide, Half Pipe and more. Don't worry - you can walk around any obstacle you are not comfortable in doing!

Prices start from €42 per teen and include Multi-Functional Scarf/Buff for all Finishers and Personal Accident Cover.

Parking

Weather permitting, all parking for HELL & BACK will be onsite in Killruddery Estate. Pre-Paid Parking is €9 if purchased during registration, Pay on Day available @ €10 per car.

Can't Take Part?

If your teen is registered but cannot take part, you can pass their registration onto another another teen to replace them. They must then ask for your Wristband at the Reg Tent but sign & print their own name.
