IREland's toughest Physical & Mental challenge
HELL & BACK is Ireland's toughest physical and mental endurance challenge, specifically designed and created by our award-winning outdoor specialists to push your physical and mental boundaries to the limit.
Set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate, our last big event of the year is on Saturday 21st September 2024.
The course, which offers stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, combines man-made obstacles with Killruddery's natural terrain, including lakes, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge!
Take on some of HELL & BACK's infamous obstacles, including Splashzone, Hell on Earth, Heartbreak Ridge, Valley of Pain and Satan's Pit, as seen on Ireland's Fittest Family TV Show!
Suitable for ages 16+, accompanied by an adult.
