Get a unique experience for you and your family by joining  us at HELL & BACK Family on Saturday 30th September!

It is the ultimate family experience where everyone must work together with your children to help each other through our 8KM course with 100+ obstacles!

Suitable for children aged 10+.

Our course is home to Ireland's Fittest Family, so you will be experiencing some of the obstacles and challenges from the show in real life!!

PREPARE TO GET MUDDY

HELL & BACK Family & Teen is a grueling off-road 8KM course along man-made trail runs and mountain paths. You'll have to progress over, under, around and through our infamous HELL & BACK obstacles, including Ice Baths, Londis Water Jump, Hell Slide, Half Pipe and more. Don't worry - you can walk around any obstacle you are not comfortable in doing.

If you've kids aged 12-16 who'd love to try the HELL & BACK course with their friends or club mates, sign them up to HELL & BACK Teen.

Join us 30th September 2023 at Kilruddery Estate, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

​

Starting at 15:00, this 8KM course has stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain. The course combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery's famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge!

​

Weather permitting, all parking for HELL & BACK will be onsite in Killruddery Estate. Pre-Paid Parking is available during registration at €9 per car (bring QR code). Pay on Day available @ €10 per car.

All participants have paid for Personal Accident Cover, which may include benefits in the event of you incurring an injury.

 

You can collect up your exclusive "I Made it Thru' HELL & BACK" Finishers T-shirt as you exit the Site.

Start Time Checker

Find out all you need to know about your registration, including the time you are allowed into the venue, your Wave Start Time and T-Shirt Size, via our Start Time Checker.

Can't Take Part?

If you or a team mate cannot take part, simply give your ticket to someone to replace you. They must then ask for your Wristband at the Reg Tent but sign & print their own name.

Wristband Collection

You must collect your Wristband AT LEAST 30 minutes before your allocated Wave Start Time.

​

Risk of Infectious Diseases

Be fully aware of Infectious Diseases. If you experience any symptoms, contact your GP immediately.

Event Village

Lots of activities to keep you entertained throughout the day in the Event Village.

The Martello Hotel

If you're looking to chill out after a day trekking through Hell, then why not drop into The Martello Hotel on Bray's Seafront on Saturday evening!

Course Closing Times

On Saturday, the course closes at 18:30, while the site closes at 19:00. Please make sure you bring all your belongings with you as you leave.
