This Saturday, thousands of brave Junior Hellraisers will storm through the 5KM Forest Frenzy course! As we gear up for an epic day of obstacles and adventure, it’s important to plan your journey in advance to help everything run smoothly.
To keep everything running smoothly, we’ve put a clear car parking system in place. Please read the details below carefully to make sure your arrival is stress-free..
🚗 Carpool If You Can!
In the spirit of eco-friendliness - and to help us make the most of limited parking spaces - we ask all parents to please carpool wherever possible. Teaming up with your child's friend not only reduces traffic but also helps lower our collective carbon footprint. Win-win!
NB: ARRIVE AT LEAST 60 MINS BEFORE YOUR ALLOCATED START TIME
CAR PARKING DETAILS
All parking is onsite in the Killruddery grass fields - click here for a Google Maps link. Please follow the Visual Display Signs on your approach and obey the directions of our friendly car parking attendants, who will guide you to an available space.
Please note that we have a fourth back-up car park offsite in the IDA on Southern Cross Road, which will only be used in exceptional circumstances. Follow large display signs for your designated car park.
You should arrive and park AT LEAST 60 MINUTES before your allocated start time to allow you register and familiarise yourself with the Start and Finish Lines before your child begins their HELL & BACK Junior adventure.
PARKING FEES
If you've pre-paid for parking, bring your QR Code and have it ready for scanning at the entrance.
If you haven't paid yet, you can pre-purchase here at €7 per car.
Deadline for pre-paying for parking is Friday 16th May @ 11:30 AM so sign up before then!
Paying on the day? It's €10 at the gate - cash is preferred for speed and efficiency so, grab a tenner from the ATM on your way!
CHANGING FACILITIES
As you can see from the map below, you will be parked within 1KM of the Event Village. For safeguarding reasons, there are no formal changing rooms onsite. However, children are welcome to get changed in and around the Event Village. Many groups bring towels or oversized t-shirts to make post-run changes quick and easy.

FINAL REMINDERS
Aim to arrive at least 60 minutes before your child's allocated start time.
Keep an eye on your inbox and socials - the full Event Briefing for Saturday, including what to wear, facilities available, spectator route etc, will be emailed on Wednesday.
