HELL & BACK on Saturday 7th September is your chance to take on Ireland’s toughest 7KM physical and mental endurance challenge. Designed by our award-winning outdoor team, this course will push your limits as you navigate rugged terrain and legendary obstacles.

 

You’ll tackle everything from steep forest climbs and muddy bog crossings to icy lake plunges and adrenaline-pumping man-made challenges – all while surrounded by the autumn colours of Killruddery and panoramic views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf!

 

Brace yourself for iconic obstacles like Splash Zone, Hell on Earth, Heartbreak Ridge and Valley of Pain – as seen on Ireland’s Fittest Family – in a high-energy, end-of-summer experience you won’t forget!
