GO THRU' HELL ON A MID-SUMMER EVENING!
Join us at HELL & BACK @ Midsummer for a fun and challenging 5KM course, followed by food and music! This is the perfect event for those of you who want to experience the excitement of H&B at a more relaxed pace.
The beauty of HELL & BACK Midsummer is you can set your own pace, so you can take your time and enjoy the views on one of the longest evenings of the year!
Grab a group of friends, work colleagues or team mates for a fun, outdoor adventure with start times from 18:30.

Takes place on Thursday 29th June, one of the longest days of the year!!
A fun off-road course along man-made trail runs and mountain paths with start times from 18:30.
Take on HELL & BACK's most infamous obstacles during this exciting new 5KM summer evening challenge, including Splash Zone, Hell on Earth, Tyre Zone and Heartbreak Ridge.
Our hugely-popular Splash Zone is on the route so prepare for the Water Jump, Splashdown Slide and, new for 2023, Pontoon Mania!
Exclusive Neck Scarf for all participants!
Set your own pace - this is not an instructor-led event!
Come for the food, music and lots of craic!

Join us on Thursday 29th June 2023 at Kilruddery Estate, Bray, Co. Wicklow and choose a start time from 18:30.
Parking
Parking for H&B @ Midsummer 5KM is, weather permitting, on the grass fields of Killruddery. You can pay €4.50 for parking when you buy your online H&B ticket or you can pay €5 cash at the gate on the day.
We encourage all participants to car pool or use public transport where possible.
Important Info
Please note there are only a limited number of spaces available for this event so register now to avoid disappointment! The registration fee includes:

- Unfortunately there is no access for Spectators
- Timing Chips are not available - this is a challenge, not a race!
