This Saturday 18th May, thousands of Junior Hellraisers will be taking on the HELL & BACK Junior 3KM course and, as we gear up for the big day, it's essential to plan your transportation wisely. To ensure a smooth and organized experience for all participants, we have devised a comprehensive car parking plan. Please see below for more details.
In the spirit of eco-friendliness and maximising space, we kindly request that all Junior Hellraisers carpool wherever possible. Sharing a ride not only reduces traffic congestion but also minimizes our carbon footprint.
NB: AIM TO ARRIVE 45-60 MINS AHEAD OF YOUR ALLOCATED START TIME
CAR PARKING PLAN
Due to extensive construction taking place at the Main Killruddery Gates, parking is both on Killruddery grass fields and in the nearby IDA Business Park on Southern Cross Road. Therefore follow the Visual Display Signs on your approach to Killruddery for your designated car park - and obey the instructions of our car parking attendants who will guide you to an available space.
As you can see from the map below, for those of you who will be parked in the IDA Business Park on Southern Cross Road, while you have a 10 minute walk to and from the Start / Finish Line, because you are exiting onto a Roundabout, you will get away quicker than those parked in Killruddery.
You should arrive and park AT LEAST 45-60 MINUTES before your allocated start time to allow you register and familiarise yourself with the Start and Finish Lines before your child begins their H&B adventure.
Note that Pre-Paid Parking is now SOLD OUT. If you have pre-paid for your parking, please bring your QR Code with you on the day and, for speed of access, have it available for the parking attendant to scan.
If you have not pre-paid for parking, you can pay €5 at the gate on the day. Note that cash is much better for speed and efficiency so, if you need to pay on the day, please arrange a trip to your local ATM in advance and bring a fiver with you!
