Interesting Fundraising Fact...

why do H&B for charity?

Personal Challenge

Gavin Glynn.jpeg

HELL & BACK presents a tough physical and mental challenge for everyone taking part. The combination of man-made obstacles, combined with the natural muddy terrain, requires stamina, strength and determination to complete. Many Hellraisers are drawn to this opportunity to push themselves outside of their comfort zones and accomplish something they may not have thought possible.

Supporting a Cause

Many Hellraisers are motivated to support a charitable cause that resonates with them. By participating, they can raise funds and awareness for that cause both off- and online, whether it's for medical research, environmental conservation, education or other charitable purposes.

Fun and Adventure

HELL & BACK offers a unique and exciting experience that combines fitness with fun. Hellraisers can expect to get dirty, overcome obstacles and laugh with friends along the way. The unconventional nature of HELL & BACK makes the event more appealing to individuals who may not typically participate in traditional charity events or fundraisers.

Community and Camaraderie

HELL & BACK is one of the most popular participatory events in the country and therefore attracts a community of like-minded individuals who enjoy physical challenges and outdoor activities. Participants form teams, train together and ultimately bond over the shared experience of completing Ireland’s toughest physical and mental challenge. This sense of camaraderie, which is clear to see from the motivational speech at the Start Line, to people helping each other out on the course, to the sense of achievement as you cross the Finish Line, is a powerful motivator and will truly enhance your overall enjoyment of the event.

Overall, doing HELL & BACK for a good cause close to your heart will provide you and your supporters with an opportunity to make a positive impact, while at the same time challenging yourself both physically and mentally and experiencing a memorable day out with other like-minded people.
