At the heart of the course sits the ever-popular Splash Zone, set on the lake in the centre of Killruddery Estate. This action-packed section features a series of water obstacles including the Water Jump, Pontoon Mania and Splashdown Slide - delivering fun, energy and plenty of big moments along the way.

Adding to the excitement this year is the brand-new Land Slide - the largest in Ireland, bringing a high-speed, adrenaline-filled highlight that perfectly complements the Splash Zone experience. Together, they will create two standout moments on the course that children will not forget!

From a water safety perspective, all participants wear buoyancy aids when entering the Splash Zone area, with trained Lifeguards supervising both from the water and the bank.

If a participant is not comfortable in the water, they can bypass this section and will be directed along an alternative route.

Spectators can also access Splash Zone by following the marked Spectator Route. Please note, the lake is located in the centre of Killruddery Estate, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the Event Village, so allow enough time if you’d like to return to see your child cross the Finish Line.
